The Cone Screw Mixer (Nauta Mixer) has a conical body which houses a constant flight screw. This screw revolves on its own axis and also around the cone wall. Material of diverse shapes, sizes and densities are homogenously mixed without any deprivation. Due to its unique design it consumes less power, as load on agitator is low.
The mixer can be operated on complete load. The conical shape and gravity helps in unloading the material. Further, adding up of liquid is easy by providing atomizing nozzles at the upper side of the mixer.
